Yes our books are open for New Patients.
Please note we require at least 10 working days to process all new enrolments, and to receive your transfer of medical records from your previous doctor.
If you require urgent medical attention while you await your enrolment confirmation, this will cost $85.00

There are two ways to enrol as a new patient at Three Rivers Medical.
- Online process or download a form.
- In person, please come in and talk to reception
All new patients
All new patients over the age of 30 years must attend a new patient clinic.
Our reception team will contact you for a new patient appointment once your notes have been received from your previous clinic. Alternatively, you can call or come into book.
Your enrolment cannot be processed without the required ID and documents.
Casual Enrolment
All casual patients must be seen in person and prepay for the appointment standard casual
consult $85 – weekends and public holidays will incur extra charges.
