Travelling overseas? We can provide you with comprehensive travel advice and all the required immunisations before you travel.
A pre-travel consultation will identify any potential risks you are likely to face on your journey, and plan how to reduce them so you can enjoy a worry-free holiday.
Travel Medicine is not just about jabs and diseases. There are lots of other things to consider, such as managing any chronic illness while you are away, safety to fly, travelling while pregnant etc.
The more we know about where you are going and what you plan to do while you are away, the better we can plan to help, so completing our pre-travel questionnaire in as much detail as possible is essential. You can access our questionnaire here:: (add link). Once its completed, email to admin@3rivers.co.nz and we will be in touch to arrange an appointment. Depending on complexity, this may be a nurse-only appointment for vaccines, a GP Travel consultation, or a Yellow Fever consultation
Some Countries in Africa and South/Central America require Yellow Fever certification for entry. If your itinerary includes any of these destinations, we are accredited to administer Yellow Fever vaccination or provide you with an Exemption Letter if the vaccine is not safe for you. Please note there are strict criteria around vaccine exemption set by the World Health Authority.
